With that out of the way, let’s start building. 🙂 First we start with the bare PCB and start with the first component.
On the picture above you see the first step for soldering the 1M SMD-resistor. One pad gets coated with solder. Now you take a resistor with tweezers and place and fix it on the corresponding place. Heat up the pad (you coated before) and pin (of the resistor) to get a joint.
The other pins of the resistor can be soldered normally (heat up the pad, put solder to it, done).
Insert 1k resistors (9x) and solder them.
Insert 3,3k resistors (4x) and solder them.
Insert 4,7k resistors (3x) and solder them.
Insert 10k resistors (10x) and solder them.
Insert 47k resistors (4x) and solder them.
Insert 100k resistors (5x) and solder them.
Insert 470k resistors (3x) and solder them.
Insert 1M resistors (4x) and solder them.
Insert 1N5817 diodes (2x) and solder them. Align correctly!
